massage..pad thai.. kaa..

sawadee kaa! back.. *aww* i wanna go back already! hee.
just to quickly sum up how the 5 days had been...

1st day in phuket... arrived @ bout 4+ thai time.. by the time we reached our hotel...was bout 5plus 6! went for dinner at a nearby chinese thai kopitiam...OMG. THAI FOOD!
went on to shopping! honestly..i LOVE our hotel... within 5 mins of walking in 2 directions were 2 good shopping paradise! haa..but we din really buy much la..more of window-shop..
ended our day with THAI MASSAGE! only 200baht (8+bucks) ...i miss that already!

2nd day... left for Patong Beach... went there once with bro.. (that time was more of adventure fun)..this time more of leisure checking out the place.. nothing much as expected.. scandalous sleazy place.. all those ham sup ah peks n desperate men.. spent a night there @ a 3star new hotel.. found it too pricey though... but over @ Patong..everything's expenive! the pad thai's triple the normal price n definitely not as nice ....

3rd day.. woke up for a jog @ the beach with dad.. damn it's really tough to run on sand can.. =P
but the view was great.. the sound of the waves.. smell of the sea.. really a different running experience!
checked out to return back to phuket town~
2nd half of the day was more shopping in town! haa.. went to the huge hypermart @ Tesco.
ended the day with me n mum going for manicure~ n massage again! hee.

4th day... parents left for spore le... while i left for Phang Nga (another province) to visit the children at the orphanage where I spent the month of Sept2007. 3 hours ride...smooth ..fast n scary though.. hee.
was sooo happy to see the children all well and great.. went to the market nearby to buy groceries for the children.. there are so many things i wanna buy for them...but can only afford some.. sigh.
anyway .. had to leave at 5pm to make my way back to Phuket.. did some quick shopping (half hour!) when i reached.. was already 10pm and i was kinda tired.. went for my last massage for this trip! =) the last night was kinda tough.. i din wan it to be over.. sobs.

the whole trip was really a good break.. i LOVE the pad thai.. i LOVE the massage.. and i LOVE it that i could speak a little thai..enough to converse and chit chat with the locals... (thus..the cheap bargains i manage to get...hee)
i really like the people.. so friendly and warm.

oh yea.. unluckily..my return flight was delayed for 1+half hour! TIGER AIRWAYS..sheesh.. but.. at the end of it.. i got to know this reeealy cute guy.. an English..here in Spore for the first time.. only 2 days here though.... hope he enjoys his tour here.... i wonder if i will see him again *sigh*... haa.
